We're happy to announce that we've integrated with Wheelhouse.

What is Wheelhouse?

Wheelhouse helps Short Term Rental managers, hosts and property managers maximize revenue and increase occupancy via a one of a kind, highly-customizable, Demand-Based Revenue Management software, all while saving users time.

You can find the Wheelhouse integration on the Integrations page in Webready. Wheelhouse rates will be sent to Webready rentals, allowing you to push these values to your Webready websites.

We have added an option to Confirm an inquiry in Webready. The property manager can also Cancel the bookings in Webready. Previously, WR users had to do these operations via a channel manager. We've added the Confirm/Cancel buttons to both the booking summary popup and the booking details overlay.

We have added the Guest Address fields on the Webready Booking Engine. You can find these fields in the Booking Form Settings and choose to show/hide these fields.

Added Address Fields settings to Booking Form Settings → Layout tab → Address Fields section.

At this time, we support the following fields: Street, City, State, and Country. 

Users can select to hide (default) / display/require these fields.

The postal code field is already added previously and remains displayed in the Payment Info tab.

There is also a Default Country setting (used to select how the default country is set) which is only available if the Country option is NOT set to Hidden.

Note: Inquiry popup also supports these fields now.

We have released this new feature for Webready.

Allow Gap Night will allow users to book those nights which are not available due to minimum stay validation. This setting controls a period of time between two bookings that’s shorter than your min stay settings.

If you have your minimum stay set at 3 but there is a 2-day gap between the bookings, enabling this option will allow guests to book on that period.

Another Example: The minimum stay for your Rental is 5. There is a booking from the 21st to 26th and the next booking starts from the 29th. As Min Stay is 5, a guest cannot make a booking during the free slots (26th, 27th & 28th) but after enabling it a guest can make a booking for the above dates.
